Custom DTF Print

  • All file types accepted, vector files are always preferred, raster art should be at least 300 dpi.
  • We require PNG format files with no background.
  • Please note that all of the designs will come in X inches in height or width due to design's aspect ratio. For example, our American flag can not be printed in 1 x 1 ratio.
  • Price is charged based off of the longest side.  Images taller than wide will be printed and charged on the height of the image.  
PRESSING

STEP 1

Heat Press the transfer With these settings : 

  • 315 degrees for 15 seconds.
  • Medium pressure
PEEL IT

STEP 2

Cold peel The PET FILM off transfer! 

2ND PRESS

STEP 3

Cover the transfer with Teflon (for matte look)

  • 315 degrees for 15 seconds
  • Medium pressure

Note
Even heat distribution and a Good firm pressure Heat press is very important for good adhesion, avoid any zipper / pockets / seams / buttons / etc. within the press area.

Polyester/Blend Fabric: If needed, lower the temperature to 250-280 degrees & shorten time 3-5 seconds, these types of fabrics absorb heat at a much faster rate. 

Machine Washing DTF T-Shirts

  1. Use a gentle, non-bleach, non-softener laundry detergent. Search for cleaners that are specifically designed for delicate fabrics or sensitive skin.
  2. Turn shirts INSIDE OUT to protect their design from chafing and friction. Turning shirts upside down protects them from damage caused by contact with other products.
  3. Wash the garment Cold or Warm. Avoid hot water - Hot water can cause discoloration, and hot water can also damage your prints.

Hand Washing DTF T-Shirts

  1. Fill a basin or sink with cold water and saturate it with a mild detergent. 
  2. Turn the shirt inside out to make sure the design is inside before hand washing. 
  3. Rub the shirt with a clean cloth to remove stains or gently rub it against itself to lift stains. Allow the shirts to soak in the soap for 10 minutes. 
  4. Rinse with cold water and wring out excess water.
